The game never charges your account on its own. Each in-game purchase is processed through the app store you downloaded the game from.

First, check your purchase history in your app store. Your account may have been charged for a purchase you made earlier. Sometimes payments are delayed.

Check your Amazon Appstore purchase history

If the purchase was made, but you are sure you didn't make it, please contact our support team and provide the following:
1. The exact number of items purchased
2. A copy of the receipt or a screenshot of the purchase history from the official app store containing information about the purchase
You can find the receipt in the inbox of your email address associated with the app store account.

Please note that we do not accept bank statements or SMS transaction alerts.
