If you find that your game progress has been lost, try the following steps:
1. Connect to Facebook, Apple ID, or Google (only on iOS devices) if the game was previously connected to these services.
2. Make sure Game Center or Google Play Games is enabled. Reinstall the game and then complete the tutorial again.


If your progress hasn't been restored after completing all these steps, please contact our support team and provide the following information:

1. Your username in the game
2. Your most recently opened restaurant
3. The name of the guild you are a member of (if any)
4. When you started playing
5. The last time you logged in to your profile
