Check your internet connection. Then try restarting your device. If your internet connection is stable and restarting your device didn't help, send our support team a screenshot of a payment receipt containing information about the purchase (purchase date, transaction time and number). You can find the receipt in your inbox.

Please note that we do not accept third party receipts, such as PayPal.

If you paid using Google Play:
All in-game purchases are processed through the installed application store. If you pay via Google Play, it may take up to 24 hours to process your purchase. Please allow for this window. If your purchase hasn't shown up after 24 hours, contact our support team. We will do our best to help you.
