In case of repeated violations of the Terms of Service and/or the Rules of Conduct, restrictive measures may be increased or changed.
ATTENTION: If your access to the game is restricted, you will not be able to take part in game events and will automatically be removed from your guild. It is not possible to join a guild before the account suspension has expired. In the case of complaints from other players via City chats, you will automatically lose access to them.

 

— Exploiting system errors in the game to gain advantages:

1st violation: 1-day suspension of access to the game and removal of illegally obtained items.

2nd violation: 7-day suspension of access to the game and removal of illegally obtained items.

3rd violation: lifetime account ban.

 

— If using system errors in the game led to gaining advantages in a competitive guild event:

1st violation: warning and resetting the guild point count to zero.

2nd violation: suspension of access to the game until the end of the competitive guild event.

3rd violation: lifetime account ban.

 

— Gender, racial, religious, or ethnic discrimination and/or incitement thereto:

1st violation: 3-day suspension of access to the game.

2nd violation: 7-day suspension of access to the game.

3rd violation: 1-month suspension extension.

After the 3rd violation: lifetime account ban.

 

— Using obscene, offensive, or threatening verbal expressions and statements towards other players:

1st violation: 3-day suspension of access to the game.

2nd violation: 7-day suspension of access to the game.

3rd violation: 1-month suspension extension.

After the 3rd violation: lifetime account ban.

 

— Using obscene and/or offensive in-game names, as well as using names of famous people, political parties and/or religious organizations, geographical places, political events, and names that infringe third-party copyright as in-game names or guild titles:

1st violation: warning and forced change of name/title at our discretion.

2nd violation: 1-day suspension of access to the game and forced change of name/title at our discretion.

3rd violation: 7-day suspension of access to the game and forced change of name/title at our discretion.

After the 3rd violation: lifetime account ban.

 

— Stalking, inciting, harassing, or directly or indirectly threatening other players:

1st violation: 3-day suspension of access to the game.

2nd violation: 7-day suspension of access to the game.

3rd violation: 1-month suspension extension.

After the 3rd violation: lifetime account ban.

 

— Posting or disclosing personal information about other users/players:

1st violation: warning and removal of posted personal and/or confidential information.

2nd violation: lifetime account ban and removal of posted personal and/or confidential information.

 

— Developing, advertising, trading, or distributing third-party software for the gaining of advantages in the game, including using the account for commercial purposes (for advertising, sale of in-game currency, spam, etc.): lifetime account ban.

 

— Changing the game client, servers, or any other in-game data: lifetime account ban.

 

— Gaining and/or acquiring in-game currency and resources through the use of third-party software and/or unofficial channels: lifetime account ban.

 

— Using another player's account through purchase, theft, or access gained via a third party: lifetime account ban.

 

— Receiving complaints from other players in City chats:
1st violation: restricted access to City chats for 3 hours
2nd violation: restricted access to City chats for 24 hours
3rd violation: permanently restricted access to City chats.

 

The restrictive measures described above may be mitigated or exacerbated at MYTONA's discretion.
