Why is it important to update the game?

We release updates to add new events and content, fix issues, and improve the game’s stability.
We recommend installing updates as soon as they become available. Without the latest version, the game may not work correctly, may fail to launch, or may not connect to in-game events.
We understand that updating the game can sometimes be inconvenient. However, having the latest version helps the game run more smoothly and allows our team to investigate and assist you faster if something goes wrong 😉

If you're having trouble updating Cooking diary, try the steps below for your device.

 

🛠 General Tips

Before updating:
📦Check storage space. Make sure your device has enough free memory. On Android, your device needs space equal to the full size of the game to install the update. Don't worry, the space will be freed up again after the update is completed.
📶 Check your internet connection. A stable connection is required.
🔁 Restart your device. A quick reboot can help resolve temporary glitches.

 

📱 iOS (iPhone/iPad):

1. Open the App Store
2. Tap the My Account 👤 button or your photo at the top of the screen
3. Swipe down, then let go to refresh the app list
4. Scroll down to see pending updates ⬇️
5. Find Cooking Diary in the list and tap Update 🔁

Try restarting your device and checking again.

 

🤖 Android (Google Play):

1. Open the Google Play Store ▶️
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon
3. Tap Manage apps & device
4. Under "Updates available," tap See details
5. Next to Cooking diary, tap Update 🔄

Clear the Play Store cache:
- Go to Settings → Apps → Google Play Store
- Tap Storage → Clear cache
Then reopen the Play Store and try again.

 

🧩 Amazon / Kindle Fire:

1. Open the app store
2. Search for Cooking diary and open the game's detail page
3. If an update is available, an Update option will be shown

- Go to Settings → Apps & Notifications → See all apps
- Search for "Amazon Appstore"
- Tap Amazon Appstore
- Tap Storage
- Tap Clear Storage and Clear Cache

2. In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) to find WSReset in the search results
3. Right-click 🖱️ on WSReset and then click the Run as administrator option
4. Click the Yes ✅ button in the User Account Confirmation box
