In the Chat tab, there's a button with a feather icon in the bottom right-hand corner. Pressing this button opens a keyboard, and you can type and send your message, which will be visible to all members of the guild.
The guild head and co-heads can pin up to three messages in the guild chat.
You can view all pinned messages by pressing the blue button.
