If you find that your game progress has been lost, try the following steps:
1. Connect to Facebook or Apple ID (only on iOS devices) if the game was previously connected to these services
2. Make sure Game Center or Google Play Games is enabled. Reinstall the game and then complete the tutorial again

If your progress hasn't been restored after completing all these steps, please contact our support team and provide the following information:

- Support ID
- Username
- Guild name
- Country
- Device information (model, brand, OS version)
- Account creation date
- Date you last logged in to the game
- If you made any purchases, you should provide store receipts for the last 5 purchases with a transaction number and date

We may also request additional data to identify and search for your previous account.
