If you lose your game progress, try following these steps:
- If you have previously linked your account to Facebook or your Apple ID (for iOS devices), log in to these services as appropriate.
- If you have previously linked your account to a Google email address, log in to Google Mail (for Android and iOS devices).
- Check that Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) is enabled. Then, try reinstalling the game and completing the tutorial again.
Important! Progress can only be restored via these methods if your account was linked to one of these services before the data was lost.
You can connect to these services via the Save Progress button in the game settings.
If your progress is not restored after following these steps, please reach out to our support team with the following information, if possible:
- Your Support ID (see the article What is my Support ID and where can I find it?)
- Your player name
- The name of your guild
- The country you are in
- Your device details (model, make, OS version)
- The approximate date when your account was created
- The date you last logged in to the game
- Receipts for your last 5 purchases (with transaction numbers and dates), if any
Don't worry if you can't supply all of this information. Please reach out to us, and we will do our best to help anyway. Any account information will be very useful and will help us locate and restore your progress more quickly.
