The Artifacts tab can be found in the Collections menu.

You need to reach level 8 and complete a chain of quests to access the tab:

1. "Add a Friend"

2. "Send gift"

3. "Help friend"

4. "Dreams Come True"

Once you complete the final quest, you'll be able to access the Artifacts tab.
