Seekers Notes never charges your account without your permission. Each in-game purchase is processed by the app store you downloaded the game from.

If you suspect that someone made a purchase without your permission, then check your purchase history:

If you believe a suspicious purchase was made in our game, contact our support team. Please share a detailed description of the situation and provide full information about the purchase:

- the exact number of items purchased
- a copy of the receipt or a screenshot of the purchase from the official app store. Please be aware that we don't accept receipts from a third party, for example, PayPal. Receipts are sent to the email address of the account that was used to make the purchase. We'll try to check your purchase as soon as possible.
