1) If you are using an iOS device, try to clear your App Store cache and try again. First, launch the App Store. You'll notice the familiar App Store navigation icons at the bottom of the screen (Featured, Top Charts, etc.). Repeatedly tap one of these icons ten times and you'll see your App Store screen go blank for a moment, followed by the relatively slow reload of the store's interface. Then try to update the game again.

If you use iOS 11:
Launch the App Store on your device running iOS 11 or later.
Hit the Updates tab at the bottom.
Swipe down, then let go.

If you use iOS 13:
Launch the App Store on your device running iOS 13 or later.
Open the Today, Games or Apps tab below.
Tap your account icon in the top right corner.
Find the Seekers Notes app in the bottom part of the Account window.
Try updating the game.

2) If you are using an Android device, please try clearing cache for the Play Store. Settings>Applications>Application manager, tap on the Google Play store and tap the Clear Cache and Clear Data buttons.

If you are running Android 6.0: Go to the Settings app and tap Apps. Tap the Google Play Store app listed there and long press on Storage. When you release the Storage section, a new screen will appear showing you the Clear Cache and Clear Data buttons for the Google Play Store app.

3) If you play on a Kindle Fire tablet, clear the cache from the Appstore by swiping down from the top of the page to bring up the Quick Settings. Tap Settings, Applications, All or Installed Applications, and then scroll down to select Amazon Appstore. Select the Force Stop and Clear Cache option AND select Clear Data. Then try to update the game again. You also need to check if you have free space on your device. Please note that in order to install the update, your device needs space that is equal to the total size of the game.
After installing the update, the memory will be available again.
