3. If you are using mobile internet, try switching to Wi-Fi. For a more stable connection, we recommend if possible using a Wi-Fi or 3G/4G connection that provides a stable service.
If the issue persists after all the steps above, please check the connection with other applications. If there are also problems with their connection, then most likely something happened to your internet connection.
