You get some aids for free when you unlock them—each aid becomes available after you complete a specific level.
If you are out of aids, you can buy them for rubies directly while playing the level by pressing on the special + button in the aid bar.
Aids can also be obtained by purchasing special packs in the Bank or as a reward for various activities in the game.
