Burnt dishes can be thrown away. To do this, tap quickly twice on the dish. You can also change the action for throwing away dishes to three quick taps in the pause menu or the game settings.
Before you throw away the dish, make sure the level's conditions do not stipulate that you cannot throw dishes away.
