iOS: If you have IOS 13 or higher, please open the App Store and go to the Apps tab. From there, you need to proceed to your Account (its icon can be found in the top right corner of the page). Please pull down the list with your finger, then let go to refresh it. Then, check the page of the game and update it.

Google Play:
Please try to update the game with the following steps: • Make sure you have an internet or mobile data connection. Then restart your device. • Clear the cache for the Google Play Services app (Go to Settings > Apps or Application Manager > ALL > Google Play Services > Clear cache > OK). • Clear cache data for the Google Play Store app. Then, try to update the game again. Also, please check if there is enough free space available on the device. Please be informed that in order to install the update, your device requires free space that is equal to the total size of the game.
